Important exclusions:

  • Vehicles over 15yrs (Personal cover only)
  • Breakdown that occurred before the policy commences.
  • Breakdown within 48 hours of purchasing the policy.
  • Assistance following an accident, theft, fire or vandalism.
  • The cost of labour (other than roadside assistance), parts, components or materials required to fix the vehicle.
  • The excess shown on your certificate of insurance

Frequently Asked Questions

We cover private cars and light vans up to 15 years old, used for personal use (not hire or reward). The vehicle must not exceed 3.5 tonnes.

If we can't fix your vehicle at the roadside, we'll recover you and your vehicle to the nearest suitable garage or your home address, depending on your level of cover.

Your cover starts from the date you choose during sign-up. We recommend not purchasing cover while you are already broken down.

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (cooling-off period), provided no claims have been made. After that, you can still cancel but may receive a pro-rata refund minus an admin fee.

Please contact us if you sell your vehicle. Depending on your policy type, cover may be transferable to a new vehicle.
