What's Covered
We'll assist if you break down due to:
- Mechanical or electrical failure
- Flat battery - we'll jump start you
- Punctured tyre - we'll fit your spare or take you to a repairer
- Lack of fuel - we'll deliver enough to reach a station (you pay for fuel)
- Misfuelling - wrong fuel in tank
- Accident, fire, theft or vandalism
- Locked out - keys locked in vehicle
If we can't fix it at the roadside, we'll recover you and your vehicle (distance depends on cover level) to a garage, home, or destination of your choice.
What's NOT Covered
Key Exclusions Across All Products:
- Vehicles over 15 years old from first registration
- Cost of parts or repairs at garages (we cover assistance and recovery only)
- Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes or exceeding size limits (8.5m long, 2.5m wide, 3.5m high)
- Vehicles used for hire/reward (taxis, private hire, couriers)
- Motorsport use - racing, rallies, track days, off-road driving
- Pre-existing faults or breakdowns due to lack of maintenance
- First 24 hours of policy (unless policy is a renewal with us)
